Project Overview
Vista delivered a full-scale highway improvement on Powlett Road, completed on time and within a fixed budget. Working closely with Hartlepool Borough Council, we ensured zero extra costs and achieved first-time approval.

Site Challenges
The site presented narrow working areas and unforeseen ground conditions. Through proactive collaboration with the designer and adopting authority, Vista adjusted the capping layer depth and resolved level discrepancies without impacting the schedule. Our consult-and-construct approach kept the project on track, minimised disruption for residents, and ensured smooth, safe, and long-lasting road improvements.
