· Resolved design queries to ensure sign off was successfully achieved first time.

Site Challenges
Prior to commencing on site, a level discrepancy was noticed and therefore collaboration with the designer was required to enable successful delivery and remove any potential low spots within the carriageway. The site itself had a narrow working area that limited access, particularly during footway and carriageway reconstruction.
Unforeseeable ground conditions were identified. However, we managed to agree and increase the capping layer depth without hindering the programme, ensuring the works were completed within the road space allocation. Vista’s consult-and-construct approach resulted in this project being signed off first time by the local authority. The scheme was delivered on time, and therefore removed the liability from our clients.
