Description:

We have a requirement for a Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding company. The Client Relationship Manager will support the Director in our Vista Southern Region and also assist our sister company JLES , in their Southern & Thames regions. The role is primarily based in our Tring office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development or client relations, but will display excellent personal skills such as communication and developing business relationships.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Research prospects and identify new opportunities
  • Business Developments
  • Call new prospects to arrange introduction meetings
  • Attending meetings and presenting to clients
  • Client Liaison and management
  • Converting orders
  • Working with Marketing Manager on campaigns and marketing material
  • Direct marketing
  • Attending networking events
  • Client entertaining – arranging and attending
  • Updating/managing CRM system
  • Developing professional relationships with Clients
  • Supporting Director with regional tasks

Environment and Working Hours:

  • The office is an open plan environment
  • Company office hours are 8.30 am until 5.00 pm (4:30pm on Fridays)
  • Flexible working could be considered for this role
